High quality and multiple color customization options are the main focus here.

Set the measurement interval in the watchs health settings (Watch Setting > Health).
If you have problems, check whether you have activated the permissions on your watch.****Setting up custom complication and shortcuts/buttons:1.
Press and hold the watch display.2.
Push the customize button.3.
Swipe from right to left until you reach the "complications".4.
The possible 7 areas are highlighted.
